SIM has carefully crafted the curriculum to help students develop a capacity for analysis, assessment, judgment, and action that they exercise throughout the course of any career they choose to pursue. Our Commitment to contemporary curriculum has produced prudent managers for a spectrum of Industries, roles, and responsibilities.

Students at SIM are awarded with two certificates at the end of the program – A “MBA degree” from the university and a “Post Graduation Program in Management (PGPM) Certification” from the Institute.

MBA syllabus is prepared by a university system in which change adoption rate is very slow. Today, industry requirements keep changing; corporate want to hire employees with knowledge on current dimensions of the business. Even if a student has topped the university exams, corporate don’t prefer him/her if they are not in line with industry demand. However MBA degree from a university is also important for anyone, as it is required to pursue higher education after MBA.

SIM, understands the gap between the college curriculum and the industry environment and hence have designed autonomous PGPM which is very industry relevant. It is corporate specific keeping in view of future projections made by industry and have adopted new pedagogies (case study pattern of teaching etc), enforcing the students to do live cases/projects.
