Our 4P culture is aimed to make students persuade for ethics, persistence towards goal, passionate for life and productive at work.

This being followed with devotion since the inception has produced tangible results in form of placement opportunities (100% since inception) in the short run and in form of Managerial capability par excellence on the long run.

SIM enjoys the privilege of advice from its governing panel - a congress of "Who's-Who" in the Managerial field.

Faculties, who have made a mark for themselves in academics and in the industry alike, spare no efforts in educating the students with conceptual inputs, managerial tools and other "on-the-job" techniques which will make them fit for a corporate career, that are considered as very high these days.

The Management menu is very rich and varied. Two year full time program caters to the learning needs of fresh management aspirants. Similarly the executive program caters to the aspirations of students who generally have work experience to back them and are interested in a "high level executive" program.
